Word on mates

The picture above was my dinner yesterday night. It was porridge with fried vegetables with scrambled eggs.

Today, I shall teach you how to make "Fried Rice ala Caine"

First of all, the ingredients you need are:-

  1. Cabbage
  2. Chicken thigh (depend on your taste)
  3. Carrots
  4. Cucumber
  5. Garlic
  6. Onions
  7. 1 egg
  8. Rice
The seasonings are:

  1. Sugar
  2. Salt
  3. Soy Sauce
  4. Thick Caramel Sauce
  5. oil

If you have left over rice, then use it. If not, cook the rice first.

Alright, here we go...

First, chop your vegetables and chicken into small portions, then heat up the frying pan and add the oil. Next you cook the garlic and onions and then you add in the chicken, fry the chicken till it's nearly cooked, then add in the vegetables and start doing your thing, you can add the egg here and have it scrambled or whether you want to fry it separately it's up to you. =)

When the vegetable's nearly done, you add in the rice. Then, add the seasonings-sugar,salt, soy sauce. OH, remember to add in the thick sauce for that wonderful colour. Lastly, serve it on a plate and you can add parsley for garnishing and there you have it...

Fried Rice ala Caine

Well, winter is almost coming to an end, I have already gotten used to the weather but sometimes it does get rather chilly at night especially today, it was super windy. The funny thing was the wind blew sooo hard that I nearly fell to the ground. Yeah, Perth has one of the strongest wind ever.

I just finished one of my editing assignment today and at a rather record time too. I expected to take 4 hours plus to finish the task but I finished it in half the expected time. Woo-hoo for me =)

I'm missing home =( How's everyone?

I will be heading to city tomorrow to book my air ticket.

Argh, I don't know what to eat for tomorrow's dinner =(

What to cook????

I really need ideas on what to cook for my dinner. My dear dear gave me websites with recipes of salads.. SO thoughtful of her, I LOVE YOU wor =)

Anyone else have any ideas what to cook??? Simple food!!!

Anyways, this is my 2nd week of the semester, which means 10 more weeks to go. I can't wait to fly home and have my darling jump on me. HAHA

Well, next week I will be applying for a working visa, I should start hunting around for job. I desperately need cash. I also am planning to find another place to stay. Probably move in with my kdu coursemate and hopefully I can also find a replacement to take over my current house.

I miss my family so much right now, I also miss my darling so much too.

I also am missing my friends and church mates back home. How's everyone doing ?

I have one assignment due next week and another the week after. Out of all 3 units that I'm taking (Screen and Sound production (TV studio), Sound, Screen Text), Screen text is by far the most boring and difficult subject for me to understand. I guess it's because the course has abit of theory.

I mean, WHAT THE HACK IS AUTHORSHIP?!?!?! OMG! I SERIOUSLY HAVE NO CLUE!!

Assignments also makes me feel like going to hell hack. Oh well,

10 more weeks, 10 more weeks!!

Everyday I love you

This song was sung by Tze Liang during his wedding,

Can I sing it for you Suzanne?

I don't know but I believe
That some things are meant to be
And that you'll make a better me
Everyday I love you

I never thought that dreams came true
But you showed me that they do
You know that I learn somethng new
Everyday I love you

'Cos I believe that destiny
Is out of our control
And you'll never live until you love
With all your heart and soul.

It's a touch when I feel bad

It's a smile when I get mad
All the little things I am
Everyday I love you

'Cos I believe that destiny
Is out of our control
And you'll never live until you love
With all your heart and soul

If I asked would you say yes? <----- Will You??

Together we're the very best
I know that I am truly blessed
Everyday I love you
And I'll give you my best
Everyday I love you

Assignments pouring in

Ouch, my eyes hurts when I saw the amount of work I have to do to finish this semester's units. I wonder if I can take the pressure. Oh well, I 've got 1 assignment due in 2 weeks and another the following week and all has to be done in the Editing suite. Oh well, I may have to pull another fantastic all nighter this weekend or friday. We'll see how it goes.

Gosh, I've been telling myself to take photos of the house and room but never got to push myself to do it. Just to darn lazy with the winter still lurking around. Spring Spring faster come!!!

I love winter but I also hate winter, so I guess it's like love hate situation. Come on people, update me on what's going on back home???

email me or something...
