Day 4 - Figuring out what to do

It's day 4 of my internship and I am way ahead of my work schedule. Well earlier on I said I did a workflow for this 2 months and when I started the work, I realise I have done the history compilation and photographs compilation. Sigh...

:: Woke up this morning with a heavy heart knowning I got work ::

:: while driving and blowing my nose(yeah I having flu),found out that my right nostril is bleeding slightly bad but not so bad ::

:: Still got journals to write and report to finish ::

:: still struggling ::

Hey! iMac rocks my socks!! After ripping some pictures from my own blog and using iPhoto to edit them ,here's what I came up with. By the way, I've only ripped two which was worth editing =)

Just imported some pictures into the iMac, thought I'd do some blogging before evening as I will be doing some photo shooting later..

Awhile back Suzanne and I went Swensons for a 50% off Earthquake Yummylicious Ice cream...

I had to take a picture of the Earthquake before consuming them...

Look how interesting the Earthquake is? You get to choose 9 (is it 9?) flavours...

After shooting them we started feasting on the poor thing...

Boy was it YUMMY, and i get to lick the spoons =)

Here's how my cubicle looks like *no, not the toilet cubicle*

Dang, the iMac rocks!!

hmm, maybe when I get aqquainted with the staff, I'll be able to shoot some of them and post it here =)

First day on the job

This is my first post from the office using an Imac computer. Well, I've started my internship with Next Media and by God's grace I hope I can pull through for the next 2 months and possibly the whole year should I wish to continue my work with Next Media.

I've got alot of things I need to get used to, such as getting aqquainted with the staffs; getting used to this iMac pc. It's easy yet complicated.

I have gotten my project which is to create a corporate profile for a company. I have also organised the whole 2 months on what I going to do yada yada...

Hopefully I manage to pull through!

Photography is fun!

Camera : Canon EOS 350D
Title : landscape
Location : Taman Greenwood, Gombak

This picture was taken in the late evening or what I would call the golden hour for photograh. I feel that late evening before the sunsets, that's where we can get loads of wonderful pictures. Try it sometime =)

Camera : Canon EOS 350D
Title : Reflection@ This Goes In Front*
location: The Curve

I don't think I need to explain the picture right? I can't really remember what shutter speed and aperture I used for this photo. Here's how I took this photo.
The right side is actually a glass frame. I faced my camera exactly near the glass frame and shot this. However, night time would bring out the effect as the lighting from the signboard brings out the reflection.
This picture was taken by Nicholas Leong@ N-Newtype. This picture is taken from low angle facing upwards.
Camera : Canon Power Shot S50
Title : Sunset
Location : somewhere in Perak state.

This was actually taken when I was in a car. Yet again I have forgotten the shutter speed and the aperture but what I can say is that don't use a slow shutter speed as the light from the sun may cause it to be over exposed.

Camera : Canon EOS350D
title: Architecture
Location : Putra Jaya
Edited by : Alicia Yap

This picture was taken during a field trip to Putrajaya. The picture was taken from a low angle facing up.

Camera : Canon EOS350D
Title : Target
Location: Taman Megah Futsal

this picture was taken with a 20-40 shutter speed with a 5.0 Aperture . However, the shutter speed and aperture can be adjusted depending on your preference. I also used MF (manual focus ) for this shot to get the blur effect for the background while focusing on the ball. The purpose of this picture was to portray the theme Target to the picture. What it means was the ball which I focused on was targeted to the goalie which has been blured and darken in the background.

Camera : Canon EOS 350d

Both Suzanne and I are goofing off.....

God's playing with me

Is God trying to mess around with me?

What the hell is wrong!?

When will He stop playing with me!!

My mom has suffered enough! Why must she suffer again!! What must we do to stop this shit from happening again!?

Mom is required to go Singapore again for another scanning. I was like WHAT THE HELL!!!

This isn't fair, why can't this happen to someone else. Let it happen to those rapists, murderers, robbers punya mother la! WHy my mother!

I seriously had enough of all this shit....

I can only summarise this one simple sentence.

"god is playing with my life"

:: damn petrol price increased for shit reasons ::
:: starting work next week ::
:: figuring out how to fix the damn router ::
:: finished photo exhibition, diploma ::
:: life still sucks as usual, WORD! ::

" When an adult gets ******* angry, they will let it out on those younger than them ""

Title : Fire Dance
Dancer : Sidiq @ Malau
Camera : Canon EOS 350D

This picture best taken using tripod unless your hands are stable.
I've used a 0"5 shutter speed with a 4.5 aperture.

What can you get for RM3

The question today is what can you get for RM3?

Actually what I got for RM3 was a small packet of Nachos...

Here, let me show you how to make your very own RM3 worth of Nachos *I still find it expensive*

Step 1

That's Kuih Batik (bottom picture)

Pour your Nachos in your very own "paper plate". Make sure you wear a glove, you don't want no HFM do you? Practice good hygiene!!

Step 2

Take a spoon, scoop the salsa sauce...

and pour it into the paper plate.

Step 3

Show it off to your customer... you're done! =)

Here's the "chef"

too little for you??

How bout the motherload Nachos!

and it's totally free...for me !! and few others..

Where the future will lead?

Did you all know, that whenever Kenny Sia placed some anonymous blogger on his site. Instantly, BAM WAM BOOM SPLAT!! that anonymous isn't so anonymous anymore...
talk about 30 seconds of fame...

The end of my final semester is coming to it's final destination, which means I'll have to start my industrial training next semester. Gosh, I can't believe time is flying past like water running down the pipe. Alot has happened for the past 2 years and 2 months. Let's recap...

Remember at the beginning of my college years (I think it's somewhere around March 2004) , my mom was diagnose with Colon cancer. It was really a tough year for me, I had to endure alot of pressure, sometimes I even wonder am I being cursed?

Some people said that: "18 years old is the worst year ever", now I'm beginning to believe that. Well, mom was admitted to the hospital and it hurt alot to see the pain she's going through. Well, as the eldest of the family, everyone assumes that I have to bear the responsibility of this and that. I was like, why me?! Just because I was born first doesn't mean I have to bear the responsibility right? it's so bloody unfair.

Then we have the relationship problems. Boy when I think about those times when my relationship with my gf was like a roller coaster. One time we're up, next thing you know, we're down...and down....

Well, all these are in the past now, however what worries me the most is my future. What do I want to do? Where do I want to go? All these thoughts are still running in my head. Sometimes I wish I could go to a secluded spot and shout everything at the top my lungs. To make matters worst, dad is like pushing me to focus this focus that. For the love of gawd! I ain't roboT!!! cut me some slackS!!!!

Right now, I'm THAT CLOSE into slamming my damn fist on the computer. Why the hell, we pay shit cash to Streamyx when all we get is fuchok lousy slow piece of shit connection!?
I'm like receiving SHIT and sending TONS of SHIT!
I'm am so about to explode!!!

watch me head...closely... wait for 5 seconds, ( scroll to the bottom)

Last week, the whole bunch of crazy youths and I went to this Restaurant called Yuen *allyoucaneat buffet steamboat* restaurant.
It's the restaurant where all malaysian's , young and old show their true colors....

let's take this for example,

the restaurant apparently is famous for their chicken wings. I don't know why either, there's nothing really special about those wings, plus with the Bird Flu virus going around, they sure hell aint' worry about it...
before the wings arrive

during the scuffle, with brother happilly sniffing drugs sipping on the tea

well, it seems that the Chicken wings are so damn laku, that once the wings arrive, in no less than 2 minutes

the whole platter of them is gone... Talk about being greedy!

the aftermath of the chicken wings snatch!

that's all that's left...1 piece of small drummet....which i happilly grab and munched on my way back to the table =)
Oh well...we are proud to be Malaysians!

If you stared at the head closely... boy are you dumb =) (no pun intended)

Everyday's ranting

Oh crap, I just skipped my Web Develoment class today. Apparently I needed some shut eye from that class. If I hear more from the lecturer. I'll be stoned!

Ok, If you have came across Kennysia's you are sure to know who are this group of people known as The Stellars.

I'm not really sure who's the head and all, but I have met a few of them in person, or at least 1..or 2... or maybe even 3.. who knowS?

[Edit]Picture taken from Cheeserland
thanks for pointing that out Kenny

Alright, anywayz, there has been debate on The Stellars. Some say they are fugly, some say they are hot... Some say they are posers... Hell some even say they are poor people trying to be rich. Which is true and which is not? I leave it for you all to find out...

However, the thing that captures me is their confidence. Seriously, how often you see people with such confidence. Although we live in a modern society, our country is still somewhat "backward" or something like that. But what they have and others don's is the confidence to tell eveyrone that they are not shy, they go all out.

I'm not saying that I'm right or wrong. Besides we can never judge a book by its cover.

I hardly see them in college now *phew* (no pun intended) =)

Are you hungry?
Is the only thing in your mind is cheese and nothing else?
Do you want to be Cheesy-fied?
Well look no more, I present to you....

Go on to Cheeserland and experience the Cheeese of your lifetime!
