Could this be real or a fiction from our imaginations?

Ripped this from an e-mail i gotten from a friend....

This has a thought provoking message no matter how you believe. Does evil exist?

The university professor challenged his students with this question. Did God create everything that exists?
A student bravely replied yes, he did!"
"God created everything?" The professor asked.
"Yes, sir," the student replied.

The professor answered, "If God created everything, then God created evil since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are then God is evil."
The student became quiet before such an answer.

The professor was quite pleased with himself and boasted to the students that he had proven once more that the Christian faith was a myth.

Another student raised his hand and said, "Can I ask you a question professor?" "Of course", replied the professor. The student stood up and asked, "Professor, does cold exist?"

"What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you never been cold?" The students snickered at the young man's question.

The young man replied, "In fact sir, cold does not exist. According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is in reality the absence of heat. Everybody and every object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy. Absolute zero (- 460 degrees F) is the total absence of heat; all matter becomes inert and incapable of reaction at that temperature. Cold does not exist. We have created this word to describe how we feel if we have too little heat.

The student continued. "Professor, does darkness exist?"

The professor responded, "Of course it does".

The student replied, "Once again you are wrong sir, darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light. Light we can study, but not darkness. In fact we can use Newton's prism to break white light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each color. You cannot measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is? You measure the amount of light present. Isn't this correct? Darkness is a term used by man to describe what happens when there is no light present."

Finally the young man asked the professor. "Sir, does evil exist?"

Now uncertain, the professor responded, "Of course as I have already said. We see it every day. It is in the daily example of man's inhumanity to man. It is in the multitude of crime and violence everywhere in the world. "These manifestations are nothing else but evil."

To this the student replied, "Evil does not exist sir, or at least it does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just like darkness and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not like faith, or love, that exist just as does light and heat. Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that comes when there is no heat or the darkness that comes when there is no light."

The professor sat down.

There's something about Bill Gates

true or not...up to you guys to figure it out..

About Bill Gates, owner of MICROSOFT

1. Bill Gates earns US$250 every SECOND, that's about US$20 Million a DAY and US$7.8 Billion a YEAR!

2. If he drops a thousand dollars, he won't even bother to pick it up because during the 4 seconds he picks it, he would've already earned it back.

3. The
US national debt is about 5.62 trillion dollars, if Bill Gates were to pay the debt by himself; he will finish it in less then 10 years.

4. He can donate US$15 to everyone on earth but still be left with US$ 5 Million for his pocket money.

5. Michael Jordan is the highest paid athlete in US. If he doesn't drink and eat, and keeps up his annual income i.e. US$30 Million, he'll have to wait for 277 years to become as rich as Bill Gates is now.

6. If Bill Gates was a country, he would be the 37th richest country on earth .

7. If you change all of Bill Gate's money to US$1 notes, you can make a road from the earth to moon, 14 times back and forth. But you have to make that road non-stop for 1,400 years, and use a total of 713 BOEING 747 planes to transport all the money.

8. Bill Gates is 40 this year. If we assume that he will live for another 35 years, he has to spend US$6.78 Million per day to finish all his money before he goes to heaven.

Last but not the least: The Best One!!

9. If Microsoft Windows' users can claim US$1 for every time their computers hang because of Microsoft Windows, Bill Gates will be bankrupt in 3 years.

The first cut is the deepest

I would have given you all of my heart
But there’s someone who’s torn it apart
And she’s taken just all that I had
But if you want I’ll try to love again
Baby I’ll try to love again but I know

The first cut is the deepest
Baby I know the first cut is the deepest
But when it come to being lucky she’s cursed
When it come to loving me she’s the worst
I still want you by my side
Just to help me dry the tears that I’ve cried
And I’m sure going to give you a try
And if you want I’ll try to love again
Baby I’ll try to love again but I know

The first cut is the deepest
Baby I know the first cut is the deepest
But when it come to being lucky she’s cursed
When it come to loving me she’s the worst

I still want you by my side
Just to help me dry the tears that I’ve cried
But I’m sure gonna give you a try
’cause if you want I’ll try to love again
Baby I’ll try to love again but I know

The first cut is the deepest
Baby I know the first cut is the deepest
When it come to being lucky she’s cursed
When it come to loving me she’s the worst

A new life brought forth into this world....

It was a tiring day for one young inexperience mother. It was her first time having a baby...
"I'm anxious" she thought to herself.
"I'm so nervous, this is my first time"

However, all thoughts have to be put aside as she is wheeled into the labour room. As the room closes behind the family, the anxious yet exciting father to be held his lovely wife as she begins to undergo a pain no man can ever feel, a pain where only a mother can feel and experience. These pains are not pains that hurts. They are pains which means that a life is being brought forth into this world. A new life which is a father and a mother's greatest and most wonderful joy. It is a moment where no one...NO ONE can take away.

As the relatives wait patiently at the hallway, the future grandfather and grandmother waited anxiously for the arrival of their newly grandchild.

"What joy" thought the grandparents to be.

January 4th 2006, this date represents the day when a new born baby was brought into the world by her mother Donna Wong Yen Yee. A baby whom for 9 months lying in dormant inside her mother's womb. A baby whom for 9 months the mother shared the bond. A baby whom after 9 months is ready to be held closely in their parents arms. A baby whom will be cherished by the parents, grandparents and relatives. Such joy, such peace.....

It was at that moment, January 4th 2006....

Sarah Lee Jia Ern, weighing at an astounding, wonderful 3.02kg was brought forth by Donna Wong Yen Yee with Aaron Lee Soon Yin and the grandparents by her side....

She's sooooo cutee...isn't she??

CONGRATULATIONS

Sarah Lee Jia Ern

A brand new year, a brand new semester

I've finally started my last semester of my whole course and then I'll begin my industrial training. Both of my lecturers are new lecturers so hopefully the department don't screw up by giving us noobs...anyway I looking forward to my Photography class...

I've started on my final project of my photogrpahy course. It seems that I have to come up with 12 pictures with each picture having a word theme of its own... so far the lecturer has given us 6 word themes for me to shoot on. I've to come up with 6 more by myself. Gosh, this semester is going to be the most expensive semester for me. Why do I say expensive?

Well, let us count the cost. The semester fees plus during the classes the software programs I need to get for Web development and not to mention the amount of photos I'm going to print out. Gosh it's really gonna cost me money. Hopefully the lecturer wants 4R if not habis la aku.

Yah, I would like to extend my greatest deepest gratitude to the team for Craigie Baptist Church led by Pastor Keith. It's great to know you people and I'm sure we will meet again someday. Maybe on earth or if not we'll meet again withe the Lord, then we'll be together for Eternity. I am truly blessed by you all and I hoped we have also blessed you guys and gals. God bless you in the future and may you all continue to stay strong in the Lord.

Anyway, here are some pictures I took with my new EOS 350D...

This is picture can be classified under abstract. A rather difficult picture to take though..at least for me....

This picture was taken with the Powershot... Another rare photo. It's not everyday you get to take such shots.

I have no idea what picture is this. Notice Alyssa walking pass? That's Lordson at the back.

I manage to shoot a ghost!! nah, that's Jonathan with the Camera and the blurry transparent is Luke "skywalker". I took this shot with a low shutter speed. Can't remember the settings liao! crap!

will load more pics I took during the Craigie's team at PBC....

Remember me, Your friend

When you think that you are all alone
Remember me
When you think that everyone is ignoring you
Remember me
When you think that life seems unfair
Remember me
When you think that the obstacles is too tough
Remember me
When you think that you cannot cope with life
Remember me
When you think that no one is loving you
Remember me

Whenever you wonder who am I
Remember me, Your Friend.

Good results at the cost of my health

New year's day seems to be just another normal day for me. I don't seem to feel anything special about year 2006 except the usual worries and anxiety. This is gonna be my last semester for the whole diploma course and I'll be doing my last two subjects which is gonna be Web Development and Photograhy. I can't believe that time has pass me by so fast. Now I do hope I get a chance to further my studies abroad. Guess I can leave of worries, memories, depressions, anxieties behind...

Anyway, back to topic. Well the college has sent the results to my house today and I was quite surprised when I looked at the it. At first I was afraid of what the results would turn out to be. I thought it would be bad cause to be frank, I hated August semester and I never paid much attention during classes, I'd skip classes once in a while. But then I still manage to get such results, I don't think I deserve such results...
