I miss you

Dear mom,

It's been exactly one year since you've been gone, alot has change in this house. I guess the house just became much more quiet and empty since you left us and went home to be with Jesus. I still miss you alot, and I pray that when my time comes, you'll be at the gates with Jesus welcoming me. I can't wait to see you again mom, I miss you and I'll always love you. There will never be another mom in my heart except you.

Till we see each other again on the other side,

Love,

Your son,

Caine

"I'm 5 years old" says the blog

Oh wow, I just remembered. My blog is now 5 years and 1 day old....yes, it was yesterday, May 16.

I can't believe my blog has actually lasted for that long. Well, let's see what I can remember. I guess I started out this blog to try to be like kennysia, but to no avail. Then later on I decided to just let my blog be a place where my thoughts are placed into words for the public to view. At first I was rather active with my blogging, but later on I fell into hiatus mode. Slowly I picked up my blogging again, but then I went back to hiatus mode till today. It's been a long run with blogspot. I know I have neglected my blog alot but I am still keeping it open, and hopefully one day it'll remain active again.

Happy 5th Birthday, my dear blog.

=)

12 beauties but 1 winner, who will it be?

A ferocious cat fight...
Numerous flashes of light...
12 female hotties....

If your first thought was some documentary show or animal show, guess again. It's Malaysia's very own and very first Online Reality TV show, Malaysian Dreamgirl.

What is Malaysian Dreamgirl you say?

Well, this show is somewhat like Tyra Bank's Next Top Model show, but the difference is...It's totally Malaysia baby....

Malaysian Dreamgirl
is an online reality TV show where 12 girls "fight" to be top model in the show and viewers are the ones that will be deciding who stays and who goes. So I would say it's a mixture of Next Top Model with American Idol's voting system. Lol.

Ok, back to business, if you've been following the show..*like I have*. We are now down to our final 3 contestants; Juanita, Dawn & Pinky. The finale or the Grande Finale as I like to call it will be held :-

Venue : The Curve, Mutiara Damansara
Date : 15 May 2009 (This coming Friday)
Time : 7pm onwards

This is it people, 12 beauties, but 3 remains. Which of the 3 you have crowned as the 2nd Malaysian Dreamgirl and fullfilling her dreams....

Will it be Juanita?

Pinky?

or Dawn?

Tune in to Malaysian Dreamgirl, or better yet..get your bums, camera and maybe flowers if you're a diehard fan and come down to The Curve and support your favourite model.

Remember now, it's at The Curve on the 15th of May starting from 7pm onwards...

Everything's not in place

I am unhappy with the way things are right now with the economy. *damn those who are responsible for the economy crash*

I am unhappy with the way things are right now with the family. *Damn that person, I hope she dies and burn in hell*

I am unhappy with what I studied. *Stupid course, stupid career, stupid industry*

I am unhappy with my current status....

Everything seems lost and out of place. It feels like the puzzles are not properly put in the right place. It's like I'm trying to fit a square into a circle. I feel like I'm a donut with a hole in the middle.

I want to trust Him, but somehow I find it really difficult. Sigh, what can I do...

Wickedly Wicked

Last Sunday, Suzanne and I went for a magic show. But it's not your average magic show. This is Barry & Stuart, two magicians from UK, specifically from Scotland. They were here at Malaysia, courtesy of Gardner&Wife, for two weeks of non-stop comedy with magic. You might have known them for their controversial magic on "tricks from the bible".

Well, despite of that, I was entertained by their performance during the last show. What I like about them is that they're engaging. They involve the crowd is lots of stuffs. I must say, despite all these, the publicity was not well received. Before they came, The Star did publicize the event but only 1 page. I did expected a full crowd during the last night, but unfortunately there were plenty of empty seats, I could pay 50 bucks and seat at the 80 bucks seat and no one would care. Well Suzanne sat on the 70 bucks eat (which was coincidentally next to mine).

Overall, I'd say it was worth the money. It's not everyday you get to watch these people live after viewing their shows on Youtube. After the show, I had the privilege to speak to Stuart. We talked about some of the acts that I've seen on youtube and those they've performed that night. Then before Suzanne and I left, I also had the opportunity to take pictures with Barry & Stuart...

I do hope they return again, sometime in the future.

Barry & Stuart, they're wickedly wicked...

That's me with Barry(L) and Stuart (R)
